Guilds and alliances can declare war on each other, anyone can travel all the realms, new characters in starter guilds are protected from GvG/AvA-PvP, DF access could be given to top 3 keep holding alliances ... i know its not original but would be something else to have a 3x greater PvE word to explore, 3x more quests to do, 3x more different items to find and GvG/AvA-PvP virtually everywhere while the guards trying to keep the peace whithin thier vincintytiny fishing
