Hi.
My Launcher does his work quite well - but when i want to enter the char creating screen it fails at 98% saying the following: "v 1.65 injection failed!" Hit ESC to exit!
are there any chances for a quick fix? or do i need to re-install and re-patch all my stuff?
I have a complete freshly downloaded version of original daoc only for this freeshard - and patched it with the launcher just now.
thank you,
best regards

All i see is a black screen (no daoc-image) with the injection failed message.

You should try to remove all .NET framework installations and reinstall version 4.6. Hopefully it helps.

Update your NET installation to v4.6 and download Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 redistributable. This will fix your problem. Also, some anti viruses will block the process as it uses DLL injection techniques. Try to whitelist the process and see if this helps.

This happens because you are a new user. New users are not allowed to post URLs on the forum. The problem may occur if you have ".NET" in the content of your post. Replace it with "NET" without the leading dot and you should be fine.
