Am I missing anything or is this pretty solid? Also do bards need + nurture? If not you can replace the +5 nurture with +11 power or something else. I wasn't sure how much nurture they need to cap bases if they are 43 nurture spec.

It's OK.
You don't need that high +nurture. You need +50 composite +nurture to cap bases and even at 43 it's only a few points off cap. So +5 nurture in template at RR3 should be enough. The only long time problematic thing is the 43 bard epic ring. Since +skill on jewelry is lost at 70% con, so you need to keep repairing it. And eventually it will wear out. This takes a long time though, I wouldn't worry too much if you already got the SC. I'd just go with the cheap bard template posted in the template thread on this subforum. It caps everything useful except power (8/25) and it is cheaper (no warshadow bracer). I also tried making my own template, swapping in on paper higher util items like the warshadow bracers etc, but I just couldn't improve the stats nor the price point. Uncarious bard

Took your advice and just kept it cheap... Similar to the one you mentioned, but swapped belts to get +6 nurture instead of +5.
Can probably better optimize the overcharge to squeeze out one more nurture perhaps, but I kept it like this to use no gems that require higher than 700 spellcrafting. Lemme know if you see any obvious mistakes!
