We have a new merchant set up in Arothi at houselot 2224 in the Island Paradise village of Nordkaap. The easiest way to get there is to take a horse from the housing zone entrance to Buri's stable, then run due north until you reach Nordkaap. Cross the bridge and the merchant is on the first home to your left (it will say "Razgor's House).
