So, for leveling, are you guys planning on speccing polearms? or just go all in to being a tank for groups and go like crush (for AT)/shield and then just waiting until later to spec into polearms?

Well if you group you'll be expected to go 1h and shield, otherwise you're putting pressure on the healer.

The beauty of this is you wont be expected to do massive damage, just hold agro, this lets you leave your crush at composite level (24+5, 30+7, etc.) so you can get away with speccing 1h+shield and polearm.

So you could spec something like:

Crush/Shield/Polearm:

lvl20: 15/14/18
lvl30: 23/23/26

most important for you is the taunt style, use a fast 1h weap if you can to land as much taunts as you can and if at any point you need to hit hard switch to pole.
It's the thrill of the chase

Dont forget to have your shield high aswell, since you will be on guardbot duties around level 20+. Main tank will most likely be a paladin after levels 15-20. So you'd better guard him :D
