Ughh...Well actually I'm surprised no one has come up with the obvious solution.

1.) Make realm switch instant.
1.) Make /lvl 50.

So everyone can have high lvls on all realms and switch between realms taking and retaking their own keeps for RP's that don't matter because this is a dead server.
