How to transfer between alts ?

For those of us that are less wealthy, you can buy "porch demolition deed"s from the vendor in the housing market for 50gp, and transfer them using your guild vault. The guild house teleporter pays 50gp for them.
But you can't sell back the 500gp "porch deed". I have one sitting in my vault now, until I can afford a house to drop it on. |
