Tireless explained (?)

there is not much information you can find about tireless except: "Increased Endurance Regen". And people ingame give different answers. So..What's the mechanic behind it? Does it work like an endurance spell/chant? Or like serenity?

Is it worth getting? Why? Why not?

No.
Tireless gives you too small amount of endu regenerativ.
Something like T1 provides 0,25, T2 already the half of that number. aso.

Old RA Tireless will provide:

Level 1: 1pt every 8s
Level 2: 1pt every 7s
Level 3: 1pt every 6s
Level 4: 1pt every 5s
Level 5: 1pt every 4s

Nope, your character regenerates endurance even in combat. At level 2 it is more or less one extra style per fight (well, depending on styles, weapon...).
