Tireless explained (?)

there is not much information you can find about tireless except: "Increased Endurance Regen". And people ingame give different answers. So..What's the mechanic behind it? Does it work like an endurance spell/chant? Or like serenity?

No.
Tireless gives you too small amount of endu regenerativ. Something like T1 provides 0,25, T2 already the half of that number. aso. |

Old RA Tireless will provide:

Nope, your character regenerates endurance even in combat. At level 2 it is more or less one extra style per fight (well, depending on styles, weapon...).
