So.. then.. I'm gathering this correctly.

While leveling people loved me being a Paladin that's NOT AT.
But in the long run it would have benefited me if I had been AT.

So if I were to go face to face as somebody with the same spec layout, Pally vs Pally at level 50...
One AT versus one Non-AT, then the AT would have an advantage over me.. seems, significantly?

if u AT these lines as paladin u get 77 extra points in slash and 77 in chants

some paladins AT slash but not chants...not very useful because most pallys spec 44 thrust to get long snare this means that if u want extra points u need to AT chants and this is a loooooooong solo grind

That's what I was thinking.. Sounds.. tedious to say the least. And where I can see it being worth it in the long run, sounds like not a lot of fun for you or most of the people you play with while leveling.

Depressing system. Haha! Good for those who have the patience though I suppose! Thanks for the quick response.

It was not hard in the past. It was even very easy till 40. Mobs were weak between level 20 and 40, doing very low damage, and there was a "tip" to up 20 without any stuff needed, in a couple of hours with 2 friends, or in 5-6 hours solo.

Even now, it's not really hard. I have a full AT paladin with spellcrafted stuff, and he is really good for solo xp. With mending pots + first heal chant, i can chain yellow with no downtime. You still have plate, high shield spec, little self AF, you can be the main tank for an xp group. Maybe it will become hard after level 40.
