§1.1 The staff has the right to enact changes, decisions and penalties by their own adjudication in each community part. This includes the gameserver, the teamspeak server, the forums, the irc channel and every other community part.

§1.2 The staff attempts to treat all players fair and equal. If a player violates the rules for any reasons the staff has the right to remove his account(s) from the gameserver without any notifications or find other appropriate penalties.

§2.1 Any forms of insulting, harassing, threatening, embarrassing, causing unwanted attention or discomforting on or against other players are strictly prohibited. This includes racial, national, original, ethnical, religious, gender-related, disablementical and other manners.
