Hello guys! Nightshade here.
Im struggling and starting to get frustrated with the "Roane Skin" Quest.

My journal says "Find Resa in Shannon Estuary".
I dont know where i should start looking.

Then the guides at allakhazam says Resa is North of the Parthanan Farm, where she wasn´t
(Yes i looked for her at the roane maiden spawn point)

Im actually clueless right now since the journal tells me Shannon Estuary and not Lough Derg.

Can anyone help me?

Maybe you are looking at the new quest logs, many epic quests got revamped in patch 1.75 or so.

She is on the beach in the west.
Go from Connla to the west beach, then had north. You cannot miss her.

But take care of aggro mobs !
