My memory is a bit hazy,

Is there such a thing as a single line respec stone? or do they only come in the full fat variety?

If you can get single line respecs (other than your lv20 and lv40 ones) any idea how much they cost?

Well kinda...

Luminescent Ceriac Stone, problem is they drop off named in the SI epic dungeons iirc. Dragon just drops full and ra respec I believe.
