On the excel tracker of implemented items, and according to me just trying to mow down about 50 grannies, these do not drop the Spectral Essence. Only the Spectral Manslayer's do.

They're all limited to 15 if you mean the turn ins. When you try to do more then that the NPC's will just say "Nah, I'm good thanks."

The stacks actually stop at 15 too, (meaning once the stack hits 15, it'll start an new stack and won't go to 16)... which I'm sure was intentional to illustrate how many can be turned in.

So I've been trying to farm Morass Leech blood... I've killed around 20 at the tree at this location in the bog: 32k, 10k ... and not only have they not dropped a single xp item, they haven't dropped a SINGLE item (trash loot, etc).

Is the mob bugged or is their drop rate simply THAT low compared to the other mobs that drop the xp items?

Cannot remember if they drop anything else than the Morass Leech Blood, but I can definitely confirm that they drop the XP item.

I believe I took a spot where there was 3 of them around a bunch of other mobs, just by the north shore of the first or 2nd lake in Bog.

Indeed, I farmed the Morass leeches too at different locations and got the xp loot. The droprate of xp loot is average I would say, every 20 kills xp loot drops, but it ´s probably random.

Yeah I was just on a very unlucky streak apparently. I managed after a solid few hours of farming them to get 2 stacks of 15 for my characters.

I'd love to farm the Grogans for the Pastry Puffs but unfortunately I'm not in the mood to feed Ardri, Charades or any of the other random rr5+ Minstrels that I'd be ganked by while doing so. Unless there's a spawn of Grogans that's out of the way enough one of them won't bother with looking I guess... hmm...

i coudnt find a spawn with more than 1 mob do i need to search better or are there really only 5 mobs in Cliffs of Moher?

Looks like there are just a few out there.
Data might be related to not that many records on other www sources like:

I think these mobs where placed a long time ago. So no recent check/update.

Maybe the community can dig up some more data for them?
I know night-spawns where added/fixed after the relaunch. Maybe these monsters spawn at night and where never added/updated.

One that I don't see listed in this thread is "Vial of Glowing Gases". Highest level to turn in is 47 (I don't remember the low end). Dropped by Spectral Briton Invader.

Name of this NPC is Riber, and is not in Tir na Nog, is the poison merchant in Druim Ligen
