Hi, are champions any good in grp rvr? Thought about creating a 2h champion.

I very much like the class (always have) however at this patch level on this server they do not have access to a realm ability called 'Determination' and as such are not favoured, as without it, you tend to stand around mezzed / rooted a fair bit.

Champs are a good laugh in the lower BGs, can get some pretty big hits with Large Weapon on casters etc.
Plus a ranged interrupt and the debuffs are solid. You also get scale and access to shield plus LW gives 2 diff damage types - it really is a nice class (especially one on one) that comes with the Achilles heel of no det. Plus Luri with LW is quite amusing |
