Rog = random object generator (or something like that) so its not in databases

Ah okay... where do RoG items drop in 1.65 ... in the PvP dungeons?

Just a question because I'm a noob at templates. How is the 45 utility you stated measured?

You can see utility using tool like moras or loki for example (to calculate sc)
