HIB 8v8/RvR <Stranger Danger> Recruiting!

Hellooo!
 <Stranger Danger> is a new Hibernia guild formed as of last night! We're a group of total strangers assembled here over the Uthgard forums for the purpose of enjoying end-game 8v8 (and everything else DAoC has to offer, of course!) This is a re-roll opportunity (i.e., new character) for those interested in helping us fill a few openings. Most of our members play EST afternoon/evenings on weekdays and FFA on weekends, although we're aiming for an approximate "prime time" of 8pm-11pmEST. Prime time is considered a minimum expectation for all members at this time, although we will be considering other play times in the future after we've established this core group of 16. Beyond that, we're simply looking for those who can balance fun comradery with being able to focus/compete when the time is right. At the end of the day, we recognize that this is a free game played by grown adults, so let's have fun as we prepare for battle! I think we were just missing one or two people on the first night of the said 16 that enlisted. So far it's been really great and I give a lot of props to V's spreadsheets and initiative. For getting together a group of Stranger (Dangers) and piling us all into Discord, there has been zero conflicts, drama or unmeshable attito0o0odes. All in all, very happy to part of the crew. And the capping of recruitment was discussed with everyone involved and guidelines for their implementation laid out. So I disagree with the "party whore"  approach at inviting and will support the paths we've taken. |

I joined too and am really happy with how things are going. Keeping the numbers small, but have a group of really nice people, who also happen to be really competent players...the majority of which transferred from the more populous realms to fight on the underdog side. Kudos to Vman for putting the work in to organizing this for us.

Tonight we began by conquering the Spraggon Den!

Wow... I was worried about that, I was on the fence about joining but was afraid something like that would happen then I would be kicking myself!!! I am glad I followed my gut and stayed put, I hope everyone else agreed that Hib was too hardcore and didn't actually need the assistance. Headed up the charge, but tucked tail and ran... such a gallant leader!
