How are they in solo/small man rvr at this patch..? And what is best spec for them? Thinking 44 scythe 43 arb rest parry.

Also is it best to use the taunt anytime style with the evade as backup? or to use the evade chain with parry chain as backup with hopes you can start one of the reaction chains?
