There's also the cloak from GS Govannon: Grand Summoner's Silken Mantle (10% Thrust/Slash/Crush, 48 Hp). Should see it ingame first before confirming though.

Hardened Wormhide Cloak

Worked Wormhide Wrap (Bracer)

21 Dexterity

Wormskin Wrap

24 Constitution

Another useful template item which drops from the Grand Summoner (to be confirmed) is:

Grand Summoner's Silken Mantle

Hits 48pts
Crush 10%
Slash 10%
Thrust 10%

Note that all of these items are yet to be confirmed (I have not yet seen them yet in Uthgard 2.0), hopefully someone will be able to confirm soon

Agreed, though I am not sure whether this would be against forum rules (I am also not sure if accurate Moras databases for 1.65 in Hibernia still exist)

Well, the Grand Summoner drop that cloak, not Beliathan. He has a similar one, though.
