For PvE probably something like.

Aug Acuity 2
Serenity is high as you can go.

MCL

Basically, power regen.

You need 5L1 for Aug Acu 2, Serenity 5 and MCL1

if pure PvE powerregen is going to be the approach Id rather spend points on MCL II or even III than Sere V.
also i wonder if MotA affects focus dmg shield.....in all those years i never thought of that :D

if not: 3l3 (since you dont plan on pvp much..) - MCL I, Aug Acu II, Sere II, MCL II, Sere III - will probably suffice.

Yeah it kind of depends, if you're not going to be going after some of the stronger item bosses then you probably don't need as much passive regen that really helps in a longer fight.

Maybe, but if you're going after the bigger mobs you're likely to have a ment with you as well anyway.

But yeh, if all you're doing is farming yellow-low purp mobs you're probably better off with higher levels of MCL.

Serenity will not work like it used to on Uth.
Back during 1.65 it was not worth it, and will not be here either.
Maybe Sere V give you a noticeable regen improvements, but at what cost!?

Sere 1, then dump into mana passives and mcl

What about 40 mana, 29 enchantment, and 21 sun as a spec for a farming chanter?

At 40 mana the focus pull would deal 27 instead of 33 DPS but would cost less power (20/P vs 26/P) as i recall the focus pull always drained a lot of power... the level 50 one might not be necessary. Also the pbae would deal less dmg but still be decent (265 vs 325).

This would all be counter-balanced with slightly better pet buffs, a defensive proc for the pet, and a 10% AOE attack speed debuff... was wondering if that would be worth it since you would be farming mostly and dont necessarily need a super big pbae for RvR.

What do you guys think?

The talk was about full pve spec. Why bothering with Light then ?
50 mana 20 enchantment seems fine to me.
The only point going lower mana would be to have more enchantment, something i would need to ask to expériences chanters, but Light for pve spec ? No
