Edit:

4l2:

Long Wind: 1
Divine Intervention: 2
Mystic Crystal Lore: 1
Purge: 1
Perfect Recovery: 1
Serenity: 1

Next thing i would upgrade would be RP1 (4L7) Seren2 (5L0) Dex3(6L0). This the spec i'll be going on my druid. The reason why RP1 is because in most of the fights your stun pet will be on an enemy. But you'll need to pop power pots each time it's possible for you!

But i personally think that the basics like: DI2, Purge1, Pr1 is by far to important to skip and dex3 is important to get the cast time down on your slow spec heal.

You should get get MCL 2 instead of DI 2 first in my opinion. That will help you with mana issues a lot

Druid is not a cleric, youll be in combat too often to use mcl2 effectively. will edit this post with an optimal ra spec in a few minutes - already forget what plok wrote, dex3 is definitely a waste of points on low rr.

4l2
di2
pr1
mcl1
purge1
dex1
lw1

5l5
Di2
pr1
mcl1
purge1
rp1
dex2
lw1
sere2
mof1

6L0 - depending on your grp and your enemies but since most enemies play tank heavy
Di1
Bof2
pr1
mcl1
purge1
rp1
dex2
lw1
sere2
mof2
Nefcait : Bard
Gua : Enchanter

On my druid (at 6L) this is like:

DI 2
sere 2
Dext 2
Mcl 2
Purge 1
LW 1
Wild Power 1
Perfect Rez 1

And some Mana regen Pots at Emain entrance and as soon as it Fades. And Mana pots

For a druid 4L2 I'll go :

DI 2 (to be easy in raids and rvr)
sere 2 (same)
LW 1
MCL 1
Purge 1 (NS)
Dext 1
