Are hibs raiding the dragon on a regular basis? If so whom should I be in touch with?

Also... does anyone have an accurate link as to the items that drop on this server from the dragon?

Regularly once in 6 months. And there aren't any drops worth it anyway.

By none do you literally mean 'none' or there are equivalents that are easier to obtain?

I know on live he drops a 6.00 delay scythe that is the slowest (I think) scythe in the game pre ToA.
