Hello,
is the Focus Shield in the Nurture Spec of the Druid at lvl 47 implemented on Uthgard? |

it is, problem is that it doesn't drain your power based on time, but based on hits - everytime your target takes damage, it will tick, even on dot or bleed, which makes it huge power drain.
