I did some testing using the best health regen charges on alb. No point in using them in combat at all.

IMO run

75 s/c
75 d/q
75 AF
150 Ablative.

At all times.
There will be a group of people out there who will want this realm to be entirely Mythic-like. Exactly like vanilla, drop rates/xp rates, basically everything and you will not be able to please them unless it is exactly like vanilla.

These people have their nostalgia goggles on so tight it's cutting off the bloodflow to their brain and they believe that vanilla was perfect and nothing was wrong with it.

what would be the best charges setup between those 2?

s/c + d/d + haste or s/c + d/q + 75af + 150 mhb?

Does the 75 af make a huge difference on a NS? I have the legion gem in vault but just stopped to use it when charges got 2-3Min RUT... and haste became an evidence to me.

In Group rvr it does.

Im going to try

s/c
d/q
af

mhb im using on armor. Seems everyone on uth is using dotprocs, but then all getting the mhb charge...

Haven't tried Uth solo rvr yet, but on a low defence toon with high dmg output im going to boost my defence a little with mhb. Prefer that.

Yes it does! And the AF Charge on Legion Gem is just the old 56AF? one, also got 3min RUT or so.
Better use the AF Charge of Epic Vest (switch in) and you got an 75AF on 2min RUT

oh thanks for the info! *gonna make the epic quest right now*
and yes, I just checked and it is a 55AF buff 3min RUT on the sulfurous demon gem.

btw...What is the RUT one the MHB? and are there any other items beside the epic torso which give an AF buff with 2min RUT?
