Regarding the tons of hp and the 'weak' Luri, some maths could help to solve the misconception, I believe, along with reality too if you ask around.

The 40 con difference between a Shar and a Luri is 176 hp at level 50 on tanks (Hero/BM but Luris can't make BM however Elves DO)

A Luri needs 11 RA points to get Tough 3 and Aug Con 1 to get the Shar's hitpoints.
A Shar needs 40 RA points to get the Luri DEX & QUI.

And since we are on the matter, on Rangers/Champions a Luri vs Shar hp difference is 144 hp (at 40 con difference), which translates 6 RA points. Compared to 40 RA points a Shar still needs.

Assumption is taken that no starter points have being spend. Or else probably the CON difference is even smaller, as the requirements in RAs.

this never had existed on live - the only defensiv stat hardcap was towards evade wich was [dex+quick]/2 = 250 because evade capped at 50% instead of uncapped block/parry before NF.

nope as a defensive stat only in combination with dex, but you have the same effect for evade with 500quick and 0 dex.
quickness for wepondelay modification wich is not a defensive issue( :wink: wich i was referring to) is caped at 250 thats right.
