no matter what race you are being pierce gives better increase in dmg from stats :)

just try all races and do: (d+str)/2 and compare with str alone :)

but the WS growth having the max buffs is a lot lower on piercing than blunt/blades

so what would you consider more important the actual higher value of stats at pierce or the WS (which imho is far more important)

lets just say my little firbolg twinky blademaster with 15 start pts on str, n dont include aug str, just the usual stats. what would u think is best on that?

Blades or blunts in that case. Either of them will be neutral to any armor type vs one enemy realm and varying vs the other, it's really what u like better, both are good.

LOL no, only in elfs case.

And Sztyk, I would go pierce.
The world will look up and shout "Save us!"...and I'll whisper "NO U."

Go Pierce imho.
I've been Pierce from Level5 until 6L5 or so and then tried Bladespec in different Templates (Basalt Mainhand, slow Offhand, fast Offhand, low-quick Temp etc.) because i got bored. :D
I've come to the conclusion that it sucked, so I respecced back to Pierce. The damage was quite ****** compared to Pierce and with my RA's i couldnt run solo.
Without Shield and Charge, which I both dont have, you suck solo. Pierce gives you at least a after evade Stun, which is very useful.

If you have any questions, feel free to ask. And sorry for my retard-english. I hope you unterstood what I wanted to say. :p

Pierce gives 10% more dmg for chain-armor. That's quite alot and if you remember all of the enemy supports wear chain-armor (Alb cleric and mid healer/shammy).
