Starters: DAoC Vet.. Hib noob. I play a mix of NA/EU times
Pre Flame: I rarely have the time to dedicate to pvp, but will sometimes... scrub zerg surfer at best. Atleast I'm honest.
What I plan to do here is farm, craft, craft, and farm. Don't ask me why, I really enjoy it in this game. Something about loading bars I guess. Usually I would level a support class for this, preferably bard on this realm. STR buff and Speed? <3. My question, is it reasonable that I would be able to find pve groups easily for leveling and then eventually farming? Or should I plan to solo a Valewalker, Enchanter, Menty or something. I can play any style of class, but what is optimal. I would prefer to be social and go support, but is that realistic to cap level on this server with no connections? Thanks everyone!

If you're not a Druid, Mana Ment, or Mana Chanter, you're going to have a rough time finding leveling groups.

Mana Ment and Enchanter will both meet your need to level quickly and farm. Animist is also a great farmer, although a little less critical to groups (although compliments already-formed Enchanter+Ment groups well). The other classes that level quickly, druids and bards being notable, don't farm particularly well, so probably better to avoid those. Melee is awful to level and not great to farm, so you can strike that option out -- Valewalker included.

I would go for mana/ench enchanter, good in groups and can solo too, manamenta is fine but not as good solo as a mana ench in my opinion and mostly bound to an enchanter.

Animist is ok too if you ´re good in calculating timers (whe ndo my first set shrooms die and how long I can pull until there are too less shrooms to kill mobs...). Animists are also good at relic raids, keep fights, pve raids.

For rvr I would make a second toon as what you ´re best skilled at.
You seem to like support roles, so a druid might be a good choice. If you plan on bard it ´s a hard class too play and ppl expect you to be good and leader.
If you plan to solo rvr hmm, maybe a stealther then, but you are more bound to kill ppl on levelspots, not everyones choice.

Warden is a good supporter too, liked in pve groups and can solo too, but not so liked in rvr groups because most ppl prefer other setups in this patch level.

If you plan to make an enchanter, here are some personal tips for leveling :
Level 1 -> 20 : light spec in solo (tasks up to level 10-15). Power efficient, your DD is awesome with the pet's DD.
Level 20 : respec in mana, and find groups. Or stay light up to level 40, but it will me mostly solo.
If mana, stop mana spec at level 32 (blue pbae + blue focus) then enchant spec. This way you can solo or be very effective with menta duo with spec ench buffs.
Level 40 : go FM (goborchends up to lvl 44? then insta fins).
If you plan to Rvr asap : 49 mana, 20 light.
If you want to farm for money/drops, 40 mana / 36 ench or even 32 mana / rest ench for solo farming.
Why 32 mana ? Is it possible to level in instafins with only this ? Yes, if you are the puller, because you only use the lvl 30 focus (blue one) which is enough and power efficient. But as PBAE (level 32, blue one) it would be weak.

My 2 cents. :)
