Any have a list of some items that have d/q or s/c charges on them? The red ones obviously I think they are the 75+ buffs, I know a few items have these charges in this version just not sure which ones, thanks!!

75 d/q is from shadowgnash.. pookah cloak.. thats the only charge in the hib mainland.. the str/con charge doesnt come out until SI comes out..
mids get there str/con charge tho...sounds fair to me ;p Uthgard 1.0:

Improved elixir of speed, 14%, is L30. Not sure if there is a L40.

What I meant was an item with a charge on it, pretty sure it's possible but having a 2min cool down on item charges makes having more than 1 somewhat of a pain, I already have a spec AF charge so having 3 would be pretty annoying imo :p Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Stable celeric arcanium tincture is the lvl 47 haste charge. 17% haste - 10 min duration. |
