I complete understand this mentality but it's sad to hear. I know no one wants to waste their time but wouldn't it be better to help people improve rather than just never group them again? I know, the mentality is, why should I waste my time on some random person especially when there is a 50/50 chance that they may or may not listen. Just sucks since most likely, someone who stops getting groups will just end up leaving the game instead of learning their class. Especially since RvR roles can be very different from PvE roles.

I've Pug'd 100s over the years. The surefire way to not get invited again:
1. Don't use speakers to at least listen to voice.
2. Refuse to use MA.
3. Ninja afks
4. Taking too long to "stick up"
5. Are clearly poor at your role
6. Complaining
7. Backseat driving

Basically, if you can listen to directions, you can keep your spot. But telling a group that you joined where they should go or how they should do i will get you on the "do no invite" list.

I have no idea if you are good at your class or not. I'm not running a logger to see how many times you casted a spell or if you can successfully complete a melee chain. But I can tell if you're not using assist or you're always the first to die or the only one to get away. I can see your power bar usage. I can tell that if you're the MA, whether or not you're picking the right targets.

I understand that a lot of people still need to learn how to 8man specifically. Too often, people just zerg and don't realize the specifics of smaller gameplay. But if you can follow the group leader's instructions, demezz without being asked, assist your MA, or clear pets when asked, there shouldn't be a reason you're not welcomed.

Not sure what some others are thinking but Druids are desperately needed for RvR. There is a massive shortage of them for most guilds I know of. I can count the number of times I've been in a 2 druid group for RvR on one hand. It is brutal! Please roll a Druid!

Yes we have a very interesting change here, while there have been at some time 23 (+)! Druids lfg, who all got to 50 fast before the main bunch, this is not the case anymore...either they rerolled another toon or they stopped playing it seems, so druids are definitely in demand again :hammer:

And yes 23 is not a fictive number, they were counted :gaga:
