Any house with a vault box that is open for all?

Does someone have/know a house with a vault box that can be used by everyone?
(Preferably with bindstone, vault NPC, and teleporter.) This could be used by low-level players for muling (on their own risk, of course), or for getting some equipment others donated / donating equipment you don’t need. |

This is generally done via a guildhouse, so I would recommend to join a guild who has such a house...
While I do have a house on my own now, I cant even share it with my brother, since I need all the space on my own  |

This is primarily intended for new/casual players, which are typically in a starter guild. It can take a long time before they find a guild or a guild finds them (if ever), for various reasons. Furthermore, a guild vault box only helps players of that guild. An open for all vault box helps all players. |
