I remember awhile back reading a post from an admin saying if anyone can find proof that endo drain procs existed to post them... finally found some proof! Hopefully we start getting some alternatives to Taj weapons from this! Thanks.

Been along time but thought there was also a few insta mana regen charges on cloaks.. but that might have been after it became Passage of Conflict.

Summoners Hall Items were revamped in 1.71 to include these endu drain procs. If you can show they existed in classic or SI times (not in TOA) or before 1.71 in summoners hall I will get them added.
