Dot Charge + Vanish

Hey,

Dot Charges are aviable, but vanish "purges" them, the only dot that is able to pick a stealther out of his vanish try is Ench RR5 pet dot.

crafted dot charges = 300 range
befanas seal & dommels incendiary seal = lower ticking but 1,5k range |
