And replace belt with Skeaghshee Mana Belt.

Hib: Orey is lvl 73, sheakshee is lvl ~70, juggernaut is lvl 75, wyvern is lvl 74.

Mid: Medina lvl 54, windswept wraith 50-53, wretches 70-75.

I did templates in albion and hibernia, while in albion it usually required some planning and lot of farming, in hibernia for almost any class it meant going to one zone and duoing couple of mobs for items with utility you could find in albion pretty much just by killing dragon/shark/whatever.
