There are some charge Acu 75 with level 47 so fix the database since there are A LOT of them around.

dont know if i am right..but if i look on the allakhazam-ID, its not a classic or SI item but thats the version we have on uthgard. (even some ToA items have lower ID) and bonus of +12 on a non-dragon item is pretty much even for later Add On´s)

Ring of the Butcher (DQ-Charge) drops at Arnulf, Malmohus

The duration of the 11,3 Dmgadds (e.g. Medinas Jewel of Zon) is only 30 sec.
Also the 20% haste (e.g. from Solidified Silken Ring) lasts only 60sec.
The crafted 17% haste lasts 10 minutes.

Ugh wait folks..i'm compiling a list of charges, not items with procs and reactives. Please cross out items from your lists that are procs/reactives please =)

To know what's implemented and what isn't.

I have two additional requests since a few people have brought up that some items have been changed/modified and in short there are multiple versions of certain things:

1. Can you list all known items that have had their stats changed on uthgard and include (if possible) what their previous stats were and then list what their current stats are.

2. Can you list all the known staves along with their current class requirements as well (also include and note any staves that dont have class requirements as well please. Hib has a few like that to).

Its a DF Item, so I think it will be available for all Realms. For I am Midgard-Player i let it on to the other Realms to post it at their Topics.
