Have any of you had success finding the Lone Weeping Willow for the level 11 (I think its 11 at least) RM epic quest? Research is indicating he should either be found in the willow camp south of Gna, or possible on the lakeside in W Svealand near Vindsaul. The quest text says "on the shore near Gna Faste", but I can't find him anywhere. Is this just broken? I'm going to go crazy trying to find this tree, haha.

Its in the willow camp south of gna faste, usually on top of the hill

It's not broken, the lone weeping willow can be found South East of Gna, by the shore, in the middle of the weeping willows camp.
As the area is usually farmed, people keep killing it, and that's probably why you missed it.

I saw that source too, among a few others, but still never encountered the Lone Weeping Willow.

Thanks all. I'll keep checking that hill. I sat there and farmed weeping willows for a solid 15-20 mins and never saw him spawn, but I must have just been unlucky. I'll keep poking around there.

I did that quest a couple times on different characters.
While the 1st time I remembered having found it with no issues, yesterday it was not where it was supposed to be.

I don't know if the camp was overfarmed, if the spawn rate had changed of if it's a night or day time mob maybe, but it took me a little while to see it spawn.

Okay, cool. Thanks for the info. Wondering if you are on to something about the day/night spawn. I'll remain vigilant!

It does seem to be broken, actually. I farmed the camp south of Gna for 2 days straight without seeing it. I /appealed and several minutes later the GM said it would spawn soon, as if it had just been killed. It took another few minutes for it to spawn, so my guess is that it's not at all some kind of rare find since it should spawn every few minutes. I suggest /appealing if you've been sitting there a while by yourself and haven't been able to find it.

I made a full level today at this camp, the Lone Weeping Willow spawned several times while I was there.

I helped 2 ppl find it yesterday within 10min of eachoter, and i have killed it several times will killing willows
