I'm aware of the rigid wight claw and ring of hoarfrost, but both these items have delayed cast times. Is there any jewelry in midgard that has an instant DD charge, or is this charge only available through alchemy? THXUGUYZ!

I cant remember when the 3 second timer was implemented for DD on charges...probably a year ago or so, but all DD's have the 3 second timer on cast time. It used to be instant cast time on all items with DD but no more. Hope this answers your question.

probably several years ago- in any event, the 3s countdown is a bug and will be fixed. It even has at tracker internal #3253
