Basalt weapon stats

I am just curious as to the stats on the Basalt weapons, primarily the hammers. I have seen in another post the stats on the 1h sword and offhand axe, and that these vary from the stats listed on sites such as allakhazam so I just wanted clarification on the stats.

Also do the hammers, 1h or 2h, have the lifedrain proc like the sword and LA?
