How are they here on Uthgard? Anyone know?

Spec for defence and be the good slam bot that sits back with the healers and casters Or go champion thane spec 50 weapon 50 sc rest parry and pray you know what the sam hill your doing

Everything's fine. They just left the Style DD Procs (because Ithgard is 1.80) and they are missing the Ability Call of thousand storms (dunno why that). |

Thanes are good and fun in bgs and for farming plats solo.
It's my impression that most pugs prefer warriors for slambotting/guarding/backsnaring etc mostly because warriors gets stoicism. |

Warrior is basically much better in rvr, there is a big difference between stoic+det5 and just det5. Plus the Warri R5 is very good and they have much better weaponskill (your opponents will block/parry/evade you less.) Thane is not very good in rvr groups, easily CC'd, doesn't bring any particularly useful RAs to the table, doesn't have exceptional damage etc, a Warri is just better.
