armor drops in spindel halla salvages in wrong metal, armor drops salvages into steal (very low metal). Weapons there salvages into asterite which is correct.

any comments on it, or maybe some fix ) thanks in advance

the mobs upstairs drop items that salvage into steel, thats correct, but downstairs they salvage into asterite/arcanium.

try lower down.

Aye, its fact that they drop steel in the upper areas (but not only there if i remind it right), but nevertheless it isn't correct.

Studded salvages into ummm some smelly hibbi type of stuff. I forget what it salvages into but the studded (for all Mid drops), the upper spind drops and a few other drops in the 30 - 45 lvl range salvage wrong on Uthgard.

Mind you I only play Mid so I have no idea if other realms are like this.

Studded to strips is known and Nayru talready told that he will take a close look at it when OF is implemented.

As for the other spindel drops : silksteel drops seem to be buggy (all silksteel: cloth, leather, chain) they salvage into :

chain -> steel

cloth -> brocade

leather -> cured

Now the problem is that i really dont have a clue about to what they salvage on live but i heard from many ppl that silksteel chain should salvage into asterite. As for the clotharmour..., mhh..., could it be that if its called silksteel it should actually salvage to silksteel?! But thats just a guess

Anyway, if someone could research the silksteel-salvage-behaviour on live i bet many midgrad-crafters would appreciate that very much.
