Epic Armor, where to find the NPCs to get the Quest?

Hi there, can anyone tell me where to find the NPCs to start the Quests for Epic Armor?

Would especially need the Locs for Healer and Thane.

Healer Epic starts in Haggerfell

Thane should start on that little island sw of Vasudheim

- Mystic (Bonedancer, Runemaster, Spiritmaster) : Danica - Mularn
- Rogue (Hunter, Shadowblade) : Masrim - Fort Atla
- Seer (Healer, Shaman) : Inaksha - Haggerfel
- Viking (Berserker, Savage, Skald, Thane, Warrior) : Lynnleigh - Island outside Vasudheim
