I haven't tested 2h with my savage (kobi h2h), but considering the reports on 2h-dmg tests I've read and heard from other savages, h2h is the only way to go. The damage you deal with h2h is good and, although I haven't performed a thorough comparison, probably even higher than zerker damage (without cele). That being said, in reality savage remains a fun char that should be replaced by a zerker in almost any situation if you aim for effectivity. Any guarder will reduce your damage to almost zero, hence you cannot assist the train. Same for any target that specced shield. Yet, a 2h-spec will not solve this problem.
If you are very much into strafing, you might increase the h2h performance quite considerably by side-stunning the guard tank. However, I'm not the one to talk to since I suck too much to abuse this bug ;).

I saw in fondation dragon's hammer.

One has the savage limitation (80pp ^^).

Another one without the savage limitation (170pp hu hu) with lower speed.

So for today, wich one is the "normal" loot ?

Can we dream about the 1.69 savage at the end or his actually place (witout charge, 5L ra, 2h2 not running like 2 weapons) is a balance of the server ?
