The real Tri-Spec:
30 mend - spread heal
27 aug - green haste/cel and first round of res's
35 PAC - yellow pom and aoe insta mez

aoe insta mezz is at 36 pac. Drop aug to 26 and raise pac to 36? It's the thrill of the chase
