U.S. (or U.S. time zone friendly) People/Guilds/Alliances

I'm a West Coast U.S. player and was curious if there was a group of players, a guild or other grouping of people who share the same time zone play times.
I know the server queue gets pretty slim by the time I log on in the evenings, but it would be nice to have people to chat and/or play with in the evenings. |

we normally have 35 plus active members during the evening for n/a eu is some where around 20 plus
