Well, a good part of that answer depends on what you want your ending spec to be. I found that most (myself included) go with a true hybrid spec with 39 spear, 35 bow, 43 BC, 35/36 stealth. If that is what you are planning on ending up with as a final spec then I would recommend keeping BC pretty much at level or within a couple levels of your toon, after that raise bow and spear at about the same level so you do good ranged dmg on mobs and good mele dmg for when they get to you. Dont worry about putting points into stealth until the last level or 2 before you enter a BG.

For RA's, I would go with PD/Mastery of Pain/First Aid as you are leveling. You will want MoS/IP/Purge/PD/Mastery of Pain in that order for when you start actually RvR'ing with it.

Stealth is the least useful ability for the XP grind. In fact, I use low stealth even during RVR (if you know how). Dont get caught up in the Stealth ****** contest where everyone boasts how they have 623 stealth, can float through walls and steal candy without the baby crying. You are an archer. Your stealth is there to get into range, and escape at range.

things to remember about the BGs:
Your enemies will also have low stealth.... they are all autotraining. So just because you have low stealth doesnt mean you are at a disadvantage

Your enemies stealth detection is based on their level not on stealth spec. Again just because you have low stealth doesnt mean you are at a disadvantage

You are using a 2H weapon. I cannot stress this enough ...make use of your 1H SWORD and SHIELD. Grab some cheap player crafted weap/shield then spellcraft +5 stealth on each. Arm them and Boom! Insta +10 stealth that you can sneak around with. Then you arm your bow when you get in range.

If you do not have a personal shammy to follow you around. Keep your Spear and beastcraft spec near Level, bow at half.

Physical defense is great for RVR and leveling. Also Most groups in Brae will expect you to have at least 1 spec into longwind (its useful PVE too).

Good luck!
