Nah, everything is pretty much nerfed(Raumarik too). Your best bet is to level a craft and salvage DF stuff or join diamond farm groups, do some taj2/sh or whatever runs. For solo farming hmm, mobs hit a lot harder now and it's not possible as before, kinda sucks.

"He was concerned only with the naked fundamentals of life. The warm intimacies of small, kindly things, the sentiments and delicious trivialities that make up so much of civilized men's lives were meaningless to him. A wolf was no less a wolf because a whim of chance caused him to run with the watch-dogs. Bloodshed and violence and savagery were the natural elements of the life Conan knew; he could not, and would never, understand the little things that are so dear to civilized men and women."

While leveling up, just raise your tailor.... earn money by salvaging all group members stuff... and then when you hit 50 farm df, sh or taj.

"Raise your tailor", cause it's the least expensive tradeskill, and of course implies to raise Metalwork AND Woodwork @tailorlevel.
Free repairs, salvaging anything (metal and wood too, not only cloth and leather) and trinketing that back to sell for so much more money.
That's the purpose of "Raise your tailor".

The easiest way to get your wood and metal up with Tailoring as your main trade skill is to trinket wood and metal up to about 286 level, its fast and cheap up to that point. Then make arrows in Fletching as you keep raising your Tailoring skill. Your wood and metalworking skill will be at your Tailoring level.
