I'd like to take this opportunity to say thanks to all the staff and all the existing players for making this an awesome server. I've done a lot of reading on the forums lately and I can tell this isn't a perfect classic setting, but I think it's pretty good. With that said, I'm worried about end game RvR, which is what I'm playing this game for. So what can I do about it? I'd like to help mobilize the North American Mids a bit more and work with the existing ones. I don't feel the need for us to zerg everywhere but I think we can work well together to accomplish goals and hopefully challenge some of the existing high realm rank players. I'm sure they're looking for more fights anyway.

I'm currently leveling up with my friend and some other people I've met along the way. I'd like to start a guild for mainly North American players that have a goal of doing RvR at 50. Yes, we'll have other activities that will be done rather informally at first but eventually we'll be a bit more organized. If this takes off, I have a TS3 server and hosting solutions ready. Once I'm a bit more established with money (50 is a long way away at this point), I hope that our guild will be able to help new players that really want to get to 50. Again, my goal is not to dominate RvR, I just want to see more than 15 50s in NA RvR at prime time.

If anyone is interested in joining the cause or helping me out, feel free to PM me here or send me a tell in game. My toons are: Balanar (zerker), Zanthien (skald), Zanthen (runie), Omniknight (healer). I'm leveling up the zerker casually with my real life friend, his character name is Darchrow (shaman). We'll be playing these classes randomly at night or on the weekend. Currently, I have a little more time on my hands and would like to level up with some other people (while I look for a job). So far there are two of us that can level during the days and are looking for more. If you're interested in joining us, let me know. I'm flexible when it comes to playing a class that would benefit 3 people or more.

If anyone is wondering "why mid?" well, I started playing DAoC on Mid. I had a 50 SB, Sav, Sham (buffbot), RM. I had a 50 in Hibernia as well and dabbled in Alb but Mid was always what I preferred. Maybe I like having overpowned melee classes.

I hope to see you all on the battlefield - by my side or taking a dirt nap at our feet.

I'll have to search for the thread on the server. I rent a TS3 server already, I'd just have to up the seats. Still, thx for the info, it will be good for Thid and what not when I get there.

Thanks, once I get closer to 50, we should RvR some. I just met someone from Canada and helped him start a guild. I still have a few more levels before I can start one.

Hopefully things keep improving here so we can get more 50 RvR going. I miss the old days and no game has gotten close to that feeling.

Will be fun to face new enemies out there!
Hot tip is to avoid emain till u get som RR, and good thing you didnt roll a stealther.
