I was wondering which classes woudl make sense using a 2 handed sword.. its my fav style of weapon and really wanna play a character using that.. would a warrior or a skald make more sense?...and if so would i have to do a S/S spec as well or can i go full 2 handed and parry (warrior) or Sword and songs or whatever it is for skald?

2h sword is not worth it on any class. It's inferior to hammer.

skald would be the better choice for going sword. Warriors job is to snare targets, where hammer is waaaaaay more effective.

There is no reason (except a little bit more dmg against some classes that are his job) for skald to pick sword, but it does not really matter with which weapon a skald deals no dmg :D

Except, that with sword you are out of Endu waaaay quicker and end up dealing less Damage anyways. Theres no reason at all to spec sword with any class, except with Splitspec Berserk that will use only LA styles.

Yes it works, but if you face a well played ns or ranger, well... Spear's possibility to change damage type still make the difference.
