A "Panzerfaust" being a weapon to attack armored vehicles (e.g. tanks like a Sherman Tank, Tiger Tank, Leopard2, Abrams and so on / not tank in terms of Warrior, Hero or Armsman,...) makes no sense as name due to armored vehicles not being part of the DAoC lore.

If you want your character re-renamed I suggest to contact us via callgm.

No, it is not a helpful answer as it doesn't help people avoiding it. People need to understand why if you want them to follow the rules.

Now your answer was better. The unappropriate line is still fuzzy as I see *lots* of people roaming around with stupid names (though I understand changing names isn't your priority and you probably do it only when you encounter it), but at least it explains the exact reason.

As a side note, I'd suggest making the "roleplay-name" thing more obvious in the rules.

I can't find a rule that forbids a name like Panzerfaust but i can find the rule §4.8 Names of characters and guilds will not be changed unless they violate the rules. Maybe it would be better to change the rules a bit. Btw why is the name Holzmichel still existing on Uthgard? I don't think there were guys called Holzmichel in the medieval times

This issue will end in a PV with a GM.

I advice you to contact Nayru by PM on the forum or on IRC.
