Hi all, I havent played DAoC for a while so thought id come mess around.

I have rolled a fighter plan on being pala, I have a rogue too that will be an infil, anyone playing alb that wants to setup some time to level with me etc please let me know, solo is boring!

Im sure you will have some luck if you stick to it and try to get to know whoever is online at the times you are. Also letting others know your timezone helps to narrow who might be around to help ya

Normally I can get on 21:00pm-3:00am GMT(+0)

I did a /who all earlier and was only 12 online at around 21:00pm my time

Made it to level 6 on my Paladin so far, will continue tomorrow sometime!

Hi thanks for the links I have been doing these already it seems faster but grinding greens is actually faster because of no realm speed, its kind of a harsh world here with nobody to group.. wish they would implement something while the population is so low really

Oh well im almost to 10 now so ;D

if you follow the tips where to task at what level indicated on that links you don't need speed, mobs should be not so far away

Camelot Hills mobs map
Salisbury Plains mobs map
Avalon Marsh mobs map

I think those are all the maps you need

Yeah nice one for this info I will look into this more, I've made it to level 13 on infil so far been doing tasks almost all day... and that's what I'm talking about concerning no realm speed buff or endu regen before 20.. just negative QoL lets face it.

I will continue tomorrow as I hope to make 20+ before the weekend hits.

I had a group earlier with a 26 friar who was really nice and helped me do 8-11 grinding mobs, wish I could find more people willing to help a fellow realm mate ^^

I also watched /who all for the entire day and witnessed people log in level 1 goto level 3 maybe 4 then they were gone offline never to return, that happened about 10 different characters throughout the day.

What it tells me is the first 10 levels of this server need some serious loving, once you reach 10+ you kinda feel good and a little bit more powerful adding to the fun of DAoC.

Just some thoughts anyway

Your best bet at getting a serious group will be on the weekends when the rest ofthe Albs log in to do their weekly BG

PKB till level 14 for tasks, then go to caer within til 20 prob best way to go

Have reached level 24 now, I paused exp for a day to get alchemy to 700+ so I can get myself endu pots so will continue the grind in Frontier now

Learned all about the lowbie tasks and xp items too so will be easier for my next alt plus found a nice guild who help me out and some nice random players on Alb!
