loot table for Cornwall Hunters changed?

Hi everyone.
When I lvld up my Scout I remember him looting a complete set of scoutarmor from the mentioned hunters. Not to mention the back-in-the-days-super-rare bowmasters bracers, which dropped quite a lot here on Uthgard. Some time later, I'm levelling there again with an alt and no armor at all (except one scout vest). Did the loot table change? Scout in the rank of a Master Scout of the Defenders of Albion

This player-compiled bestiary suggests the drop rate is simply super low for that studded set. Maybe you just got lucky the first time, and not so much this time around?
