Belt of Granite Enhancement - Clud! Where is he?

Good morning all
I am trying to get the Belt of Granite Enhancement which is dropped by Clud who hides out in Dartmoor. The emphasis is on "hide" - where the hell is he/she? I have camped the spot at the Stoneshapers Fort (Wooden compound with half ring of stones inside) 22K 40K as well as further south at 40K 52K near to the Outlookers and Ruthless Brigand but no luck at all. I have Googled and looked at various maps but no joy. Does Clud appear anywhere else? I would appreciate any help. Mind you if anyone would like to sell me the Belt at a ridiculously low price then please let me know of course!  |
